“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Creativity is ranked as the number-one factor for future business success—above management discipline, integrity, and even vision. For companies, the ability to think creatively and outside the box encourages their employees to come up with unique and innovative solutions. This eagerness to solve problems can lead to new ways to accomplish tasks and run an organization more effectively. It supports improving companies’ abilities to attract and retain employees and foster positive environments. For individuals, creativity can be harnessed as a driving force to lead more authentic, motivated and happy lives.

“Creative-tude” is the creative attitude which connects inspiration to meaning in lives and strengthens work confidence. Creativity is the capability to create something novel, unique, and value-adding, resulting in things that are interesting, important and human. Since creativity has not always been fostered as an important life skill, often resulting in people downplaying their creative aptitudes, I coach people to discover their “Creative-tude” by teaching organizational techniques, discovering their story and keeping a soft focus on their overall goals so they may be more inspired and driven in how they live and work!
